The company's business has always focused on technical services for pressurized maintenance of oil and gas wellheads, a series of products for high-pressure gas well wellhead protection devices, and intelligent security systems for oil and gas pipeline networks. The company adopts a development model mainly based on independent research and development, with joint development of industry, academia, and research. Butene-1 is an important petrochemical raw material that can be obtained through butane dehydrogenation reaction.The following is the production process of butene-1 and some required chemical equipment and reactions:
(1) Raw material preparation: Treating butane as a raw material usually requires pre-treatment operations such as degassing and desulfurization.
(2) Refinery unit: The treated butane is fed into the refining unit and undergoes dehydrogenation reaction of butane through appropriate heating and catalyst action.
(3) Separation and purification: After dehydrogenation reaction, the generated substrate contains butene-1, butene-2, and other impurities. Separate the target product butene-1 from the mixture through separation and purification processes.

(1) Reactor: In refining units, butane dehydrogenation reaction is usually carried out in the presence of a catalyst. This reaction usually uses a fixed bed or fluidized bed reactor. The reactor requires high temperature and pressure resistance, and high-temperature and high pressure reaction.
(2) Heating furnace: In order to cause butane dehydrogenation reaction to occur, a heating furnace is required in the refining unit to heat butane and provide the necessary temperature conditions for the reaction. This process requires the use of high-pressure hydrogenation reactors.
